If you drink water between the hours of 5pm and 7pm you will not be as hungry for dinner.

* I don't think any normal person looks this hot drinking water. haha

Tip 37- Check your pant size


Even some people that have splendid figures can make their body shape look all wrong. Adjusting your size will not only make you look slimmer but help you be more confident. Confidence is the most attractive of all gifts and talents.

Tip 39- Don't even look at those tabloids!

Comparing yourself to artists, bikini models and actors can do a lot of harm to the way you look at yourself.Let's be honest, they have personal trainers and looking the way they do is what brings home the paycheck. This is why be true about your goals, realize what you need to work on ( eating less sugar, your arms, belly, legs) and then get to it. It takes about 3 weeks for you to see the difference in your body, 8 weeks for your friends to see it and 12 weeks for your body to stay in that shape. 12 weeks is 3 months, it really is not that long. Be patient and work hard.

Tip 40- Jump Roping

Jump roping is an easy, fast way to get your cardio done. If you travel a lot this is a weight-less way to burn calories, get your exercise done and save time. Doing this, which works your abdominal muscles as well as your arms and legs, for about 15mins can help you burn up to 153 calories !

Tip 41- Have a fantastic playlist

Music can have a huge effect on your workouts. Choose bands and music that make you want to jump and move. I'm a huge fan of dubstep, that stuff will make you move even if you are 3 feet under. Take the time to make your playlist the best workout partner.

Fitness at home

Working out has never been easier!
For the past three weeks I have been doing an exercise routine at home, accompanied by a balanced diet and little sugar I have lost 2 ins off my waist.And for the first time since I was 18yrs I can see my abs again! In my search to find new exercises to fool those silly abdominals I found this video. This is a movement called bodyrock. The basics of it is people exercising at home to save money and be fit. You can follow them on facebook or on their website.If you are consistent you will see results in 3-5 weeks. Always be cautious of what your body tells you can and can't do.
Drink lots of water, overall be patient and persistent.
