Snack Attack!

Hungriness happens! This is why you have to be prepared all the time to have a wonderful healthy snack. Check this list for snacks at work and the link below to learn about what to eat everywhere!!! Just because you are short in time, doesn't mean you should be short in yum!


Snacks for your desk:

1/4 bear Naked Peak Energy cranberry Almond Trail Mix.

1 Luna Chocolate Dipped Coconut Bar.

1 Cup low-fat kefir + 1 peach. (Kefir? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kefir)

1 packet plain instant oatmeal ( made with water)+ cup of blueberries.
